Dillon Goodman leads Vital’s work with small business owners and entrepreneurs. He came to advisory the long way: through the books.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University and a Master of Science in Accounting from Idaho State University. He is a Colorado CPA and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. Before joining Vital Investment Management as a Financial Advisor, Dillon worked at Deloitte and in private accounting practice, including work that put him inside the real operating rhythm of closely held businesses.
That background is the point. Owners do not need another person who recites market commentary. They need someone who understands entity structure, cash, estimated taxes, and why a “great” personal financial plan fails when the company has a tight quarter.
Dillon’s role is to make the personal and business sides talk to each other, and to stay with you after the first plan is written.
